Suspension Service
Rebuild. Re-valve. Modify.
Service that makes your suspension work
Not every customer needs a full custom build. A lot of riders just need their existing suspension actually doing what it’s supposed to do.
That’s where service comes in. Bring us your shocks, tell us how they’re behaving and how they should behave, and we’ll get them right.
We don’t ship a part we wouldn’t put under our own bike.
What we service
Shock rebuilds
Full teardown, fresh seals and oil, performance dialed back to factory spec or better. The right call when your shocks feel worn out — fade after thirty minutes, soft on bigger hits, blowing through travel.
Re-valves
Change the damping curve to match what you actually ride. Different rider, different terrain, different valving. The right call when the suspension never felt right for your weight, discipline, or terrain.
Modifications
When rebuild and re-valve aren’t enough. Custom internals, custom springs, custom answers. The right call when stock simply can’t get you where you need to be.
Rebuild vs. re-valve — what’s the difference?
A rebuild restores your shock to its design spec. A re-valve changes the spec.
If your suspension feels worn out — fade after thirty minutes, soft on bigger hits, blowing through travel — that’s usually a rebuild. If it never felt right for your weight, your discipline, or the terrain you ride — that’s a re-valve.
We help you figure out which one you need on the consult call. More on the difference here →

Schedule your service
Suspension service requires a scheduled consult with Mike. $150 deposit — fully refundable, applied to the work. Most service jobs run a few days to a couple of weeks of bench time depending on parts and the queue.
